Rap is a style of popular music with a pronounced beat. Techno is a style of popular music using electric equipment and synthesized repetitive sounds. Which is better? This essay is about the differences between the two and what type of music people listen to. Also how each one is acknowledged in society and how old people react to music these days compared to as in their youth days. Rap is a bunch of words put together to give meaning about an event, feeling or emotion. Good rappers like "Eminem" and "Nelly" use words that rhyme and give a significant meaning. These rappers reprimand words suddenly and sharply, which makes it so entertaining to many teenagers. Techno however does not necessary have words and it generally pronounces an electric beat. Many DJs use techno rather than rap for dancing since it has a beat and electric echoing for people to dance to. So which is most popular?Generally it depends on the individual's characteristics
As long as the words have a significant meaning. No one really has any problems with techno music since it doesn't have any swearing in it and it doesn't offend anyone. These teenagers may take drugs so they can party all night. Moby's music is clamorous and fast moving. My parents prefer me listening to techno music rather than rap because they are aware of they controversy involved in rap music. How do old people react to these types of music compared to the ones in their youth years? Well most old people have a hearing problem so they would prefer soft music like classical. Techno is popular throughout the world and a lot of teenagers like techno because they can dance to it. He advises to a little boy, in his video clip that his new album is only for adults. If they don't have a hearing problem then jazz is more likely to be their favourite since jazz was very popular in their days. Therefore the public would not have anything against him. Techno can sometimes be reparative therefore I lose interest. A little bit of vulgar words I don't mind. I don't like rappers who swear too much because I feel that it makes me a bad person. " Over big controversy the rapper was permitted to tour Australia and only people over the age of 18 were allowed to see him sing. However it is not generally the music, which provokes them to do such things, it's themselves who only want to be that way

India
Women are pieces of property and should be used as pleased. After watching the three films in class, this seems to be the underlying point and main concept for the two Indian films and has representation somewhat in the western movie, but a more in depth analysis of the pictures show many more ideas and concepts, and in fact woman as property may not be the main idea at all. A more in depth analysis would seem to place gender roles and power, the most important issue in the films, and because of this, social control, and love and marriage are very important co ideas, that must be analyzed and talked about as well. Gender roles and power would seem to go hand in hand, but in the films there was a conflict between the two. The male as it was portrayed seemed to be the more powerful of the two genders. Woman in all movies were treated as property, there was instances of rape, violence, and disrespect in all three movies. In the Bandit Queen, Phoolan Devi was raped, beaten, and disowned by her own father. Kama Sutra had men controlling the two lives of Maya and Tara, and even in The Deceivers, Pierce Bronsen physically harms a woman and almost kills her
Alexander Fleming
What would the world be like if the uses of penicillin had not been discovered? There is no way of knowing exactly, but one thing is very certain. If the uses of penicillin had not been discovered, many of us would not be around today. Penicillin was the miracle mold that could be used to fight off infections. The use of penicillin could stop any infection without harming the person's body. So, who is the person that we owe for discovering penicillin? That person is Sir Alexander Fleming. Alexander Fleming was born into an underprivileged farming family in Ayrshire, Scotland on August 6, 1881. Alexander Fleming had eight siblings . Alexander Fleming's mother and father had adopted many other children and he lived with these adopted children, his siblings, and his parents on their farm in Scotland. One day, Alexander Fleming's father, Robert Fleming, was out working in his fields when he heard the screams of a child coming from the nearby marshlands. Robert Fleming ran to the marshlands, and he saw a young boy drowning in the swampy waters. Robert Fleming saved the boy's life, and brought the young boy home to his family
It was Florey and Chain who first isolated and concentrated penicillin-using technology available at Oxford. " Fleming noted the mold as being a part of the genus Penicillium, and he named the antibiotic substance it created penicillin . The discovery of lysozymes, however, was a crucial step towards the discovery of penicillin. While playing water polo, he met people who would later play an important part of his life. Sir Alexander Fleming concluded that the mold contained or produced something that was deadly to the staphylococcus bacteria in the culture dish. The next day, he found a clear spot where the tear had been. Through the shipping company he met people who helped him join the London - Scottish Volunteers . Mary's, which was in cooperation with the University of London, he was given information about the school they had there and the opportunities for a person of his education . In the summer of 1928, Sir Alexander Fleming began researching a strain of influenza. The Phenol was lethal to the body's natural defenses

William Shakespeare was born in an English market town called Stratford-upon-Avon in the year 1564. His baptism was recorded on April 26, 1564, and in view of the fact that babies are usually baptized on the third day, it is commonly thought that he was born on April 23, though there is no actual account of this. Being the third child after two daughters that had died, John and Mary Shakespeare were worried that William would not live either. John was a rather flourishing glovemaker and trader of wool, hides, and grain

Man: so have you seen Andrea lately?
Woman: Yeah I see her pretty often. We work together at Cafe Latte.
Man: how's she doing? I've been meaning to call her.
Woman: to be honest I've always thought she was a little difficult but these days I find her impossible
Man: what do you mean?
Woman: you know how she is. She has such strong ideas about everything and if you don't agree with her she lets you know what she thinks of you.
Man: yes that's true but that's why we love her right?
Woman: I guess so. But she's changed a lot since she started college. She talks about herself all the time and she always manages to mention how good she is at everything she does.
Man: maybe I won't call her after all.

Mr. Johnson
Woman1: have you met the new apartment manager?
Woman2: Mr. Johnson? Yeah I met him last week he's a little strange.
Woman1: yeah he is. I'm not sure I like him. He's hard to predict. Sometimes he's pretty cheerful and talkative and the next day he doesn't even say hello. I think he must have personal problems or something.
Woman2: I think you're right and have you noticed that half the time when he says he's going to do something he never actually does it? He told me three times he'd come to fix the light in my kitchen and he still hasn't done it.
Chris: So, what's the verdict? What did you think of Bob?
Kim: I was worried at first especially when I saw that he rode a huge motorcycle. I thought he might turn out to be one of those guys who is into heavy metal music and stuff like that. You know what I mean?
Chris: But he's just a regular kind of guy, right?
Kim: Yeah, we got along really well
Chris: I knew you'd like him.
Kim: Yeah, I do. And he's really funny. He had me laughing hysterically at the coffee shop, remember? I think the people sitting next to us thought we were crazy.
Chris: So are you two going to get together again?
Kim: Definitely. In fact we're going to the party together.
